Sean Payton was a Quarterback at Naperville Central High School and Eastern Illinois University.

Sean Payton broke the picket-line in the 1987 NFL Strike and signed with the Chicago Bears. He was terrible, in three games played, he completed only 34% of his passes, totaled 79 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT and a QBR of 27.3. Funny thing looking forward is the INT he threw was against the New Orleans Saints, the team he would coach to a Super Bowl Championship 20 years later.
