Nevada Scooter Brigade Las Vegas Meetup Review

Own a Scooter and Want to Meet Up with Other Riders in Las Vegas?

Do you own a scooter or a moped? Do you live in the Las Vegas valley? Don't own one yet and need some advice on which one would fit your needs? Are you looking for fellow scooter owners to have fun with and ride.? Need tips on how to maintain your scooter or moped? I think I know the perfect place.

Overview and Sponsors

The Nevada Scooter Brigade was founded in 2009. Celebrated their 5th anniversary in February and has hosted over 340 events for its members. It is open to all ages and genders and has local sponsors including Cycle Gear, Dillion DRC Powersports, Monique's WEAR POSITIVE custom T-shirts, andKevin Danner of Radio Eclectic.

Membership

Membership is $15 annually and boasts 174 members. Most of the events are an admission of $1.00. Since Cycle Gear is a big sponsor of the 3rd Thursday monthly meetup, they raffle off a $50 gift certificate as well as a raffle for gloves, helmets, cooling vests, and t-shirts. There is also free food served so it's the best buck you will ever spend. Bring a friend and meet some of the other Las Vegas scooter and moped riders. Learn some tips on riding safety and maintenance of your scooter or just have fun. Log in to facebook and join the Nevada Scooter Club and you can see who else you know that belongs. You never know, some singles may meet their future spouse.

Events

Events are scheduled throughout the month and year round as the weather affords it. Nothing nicer to beat the summer heat than an evening ride. These meetups have locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley and offer different start times and routes. Explore Las Vegas and areas off the beaten path with fellow scooter enthusiasts. A few scheduled events per month to keep it fresh but not overbearing.

So if you were looking for someone to ride with, you found your place. If you feel safer riding in a group there isn't a better scooter riding club to join than the Nevada Scooter Brigade.
