Great Places to Do Yoga in Downtown Las Vegas

Staying Downtown at Any Fremont Casino, Yoga is Minutes Away from Your Hotel

Yoga has become quite popular even before Alec Baldwin married a yoga instructor. You don't have to be a hippie or a listener of New Age music to practice Yoga. You don't have to be a Buddhist, female, Vegan, Monk who believes that greenhouse gases are destroying the ozone to do Yoga. Those are preconceived stereotypes that disappeared long ago from the Yoga world. Everyone from Lebron James to Oprah Winfrey are doing Yoga. Are you?

Yoga

Simply a way get the mind, body and spirit in harmony. You can do it in front of the TV, in your backyard or you can participate in a class. Novice Yogi are encouraged to take a class until you are comfortable in each position as injury can occur and you really need someone to teach you the proper way and soon you will find your "Om."

This place is only for the advanced Yogi. It's called Hot Box Yoga. Bikram Yoga meets in a heated room for a 1500 calorie expending, 90 minute torture session. RealResults Fitness is a hardcore gym utilizing unorthodox training methods but gets very good results. Remember when Rocky fought the Russian in Rocky IV. Rocky trained in Russia cutting wood etc. Well this is the same, only in Las Vegas. Do not hold this writer responsible if you take a session. Be forewarned that some people ONLY take one class and are never heard from again. It's grueling and they don't apologize. Diehards swear by this gym.
